Tubular USA provides standard finishes and our Zinc Flow-Coat® (or Gatorshield®) triple-coating process that withstands highly corrosive saltwater spray tests guaranteeing that outdoor use of our pipes will withstand normal weathering conditions far longer than products from many other suppliers. This is a three-step coating process consisting of 99.99% pure zinc coating, a conversion coating, and then applying an organic polymer topcoat for additional protection against the elements and weathering.
Our Gatorstitch™ application is a recoating process for angled, bent, square tubing or cut tubing products ensuring that your tubing is protected with a uniform coat. By recoating galvanized angles, this ensures that coating removed during manufacturing or welding is re-applied for a durable, reliable product that can withstand weathering or water use (irrigation pipes for example).
